I tried the vegetable of the day, which was asparagus, with peppers etc., good flavor, not overcooked.

Carrots were soggy, macaroni and cheese tasted as though it had flour added to it, mashed potatoes were good. One of our party had returned to our table approximately 15 minutes later with a nice piece of beef, with some pink in it, so I went up and requested the same and was told by the individual slicing it, that this is 'what was available, and it's all the same',not offering to cut towards the center of the meat, which would have been a more moist piece, not overcooked which is what I ended up the first time. We ate at the Harvest Buffet, the carving station had a good pork roast which was moist, and not over seasoned, however the beef roast had too much seasoning, overcooked, very dry and there was no au jus to go with it, only gravy. This was my first time at Rocksino, with my husband and family, celebrating 2 birthdays.
